These terms and conditions govern the relationship between international students and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and its affiliated universities. By applying to or enrolling in any ICAR institution, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
📋 Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By submitting an application or enrolling in any ICAR-affiliated university, you:
- Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions
- Confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements specified

- Accept responsibility for all financial obligations
- Understand and accept the academic and disciplinary standards
Legal Age and Capacity
You must:
- Be at least 16 years of age as of the admission date
- Have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- Have parental/guardian consent if under 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all applications
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of India
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi
- ICAR reserves the right to modify these terms at any time
- Changes will be communicated through official channels
- Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of modified terms

Application Process

💰 Financial Terms

Cheating:
- Using unauthorized aids during examinations
- Obtaining examination questions in advance
- Sharing examination answers with others
- Impersonating another student during examinations
- Fabricating data or research results
Behavioral Violations
Substance Abuse:
- Use of illegal drugs on university premises
- Alcohol consumption in restricted areas
- Being under influence of drugs or alcohol during academic activities
- Distribution of illegal substances
- Violation of university substance abuse policies
Harassment and Discrimination:
- Harassment based on race, gender, religion, or nationality
- Discriminatory behavior toward any individual or group
- Sexual harassment or misconduct
- Bullying or intimidation of others
- Creating hostile learning environment
⚠️ Limitations of Liability
University Liability
Service Limitations:
- University is not liable for circumstances beyond its control
- Service interruptions may occur due to technical issues
- University is not responsible for personal property loss
- Limitations exist on liability for certain services
- Students should maintain personal insurance coverage
Force Majeure:
- University is not liable for disruptions due to force majeure events
- Natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics may affect services

- No refunds or compensation is available for force majeure events

Student Responsibility
